Can I resell IBS Scriptures?
All Scriptures in this catalog have been priced extremely low to help you do as much direct evangelism and discipleship as possible. You are free to use anything you purchase from this catalog as widely as possible in your own ministry. However, Commercial resale of NIV, TNIV, NIrV, NLT, NKJV and NVI Scripture products is prohibited. (Other translations are available for resale.)
If you would like NIV, TNIV, or NIrV Scriptures for commercial resale, please contact our ministry partner, Zondervan, at (616) 698-6900. Contact Vida Publishers at (305) 463-8432 for resale of NVI Spanish Scriptures.

How can I pay for the order?
There are several easy ways to make your payment:

What are the shipping and handling costs?
For regular ground shipments in the United States:

  • $5.95 minimum
  • $0.01 - $3,000 add 13% of order
  • $3,000.01 - $4,000 add 10% of order
  • Over $4,000 add 8% of order

For Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Delivery:
• Available in the United States only. Please call for rates (1-800-524-1588). They will not be automatically calculated with your online order. Do NOT place your order online if you require faster delivery.

Canadian Shipping Costs:
• For regular ground shipments to Canada add 45% of order or $5.95 minimum.

International shipping costs other than Canada:
Please call 1-719-867-2700 for rates and place your order over the phone. The storefront will not calculate international shipping rates automatically.

Must I pay sales tax?
Only those orders shipped to California (CA), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia(GA), Nevada (NV), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX) and Wisconsin (WI) are subject to applicable sales tax. The tax will be automatically calculated.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We will make every effort to process and ship your order within two business days following placement of your order. We will send an email confirmation when your order has shipped. If we are shipping your order via standard methods within the continental United States, you should receive it within 10-12 business days.

What should I do if I need to receive my purchase immediately?
If time is of the utmost importance, we can ship your order out right away--for an additional fee. Do not place your order online if you require faster shipping. Talk to one of our representatives for more information for NEXT day, 2nd day or 3rd day options. Calling us will assure our prompt attention to your needs. What if I am unhappy with my purchase—can I return it?
U.S. customers may return any product within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. Please call (800) 524-1588 or (719) 867-2700 for return authorization. The cost of shipping will be deducted from refund on all unauthorized returns. Sorry - we can only replace electronic products and videos if they are defective or damaged in shipping. Canadian customers please call 800-524-1588 or 719-867-2700 for return instructions.

Is it safe to order online using my credit card?
Our online process uses an industry standard secure server (SSL). Notice that when you go into the CHECK-OUT area your browser key will become LOCKED. What if an item is not in stock?
You can order items that are in stock and out of stock on the same order. Shipping will be calculated for the entire order at the time the order is placed. Your card will be charged for the price and shipping charges for the shipped items only at the time the products are shipped. When backordered items are shipped, then your card will be charged for the price and shipping of the backordered items.
